Comprehensive Planning and Design
Our Comprehensive Planning package is designed for couples with busy schedules, planning destination weddings, have higher investments budgets, hosting at private residences, or organizing multi-day celebrations.

Partial Planning
A light design and logistical planning focused package that provides vendor recommendations, rental support, design services, timeline and floor plan creation, an online planning platform and day of execution.
This is a great fit for couples who have a venue, have time to handle vendor communications and reach-outs, and/or celebrating in a space that doesn’t require high level logistics or production requirements.
Pricing begins at $8,000
Design Only
A Design only package is for couples getting married at a venue who may already have a day of or venue coordinator, but looking for assistance with their design plan.
We help organize all your thoughts and inspiration photos, learn more about your style and what you are looking for, and use this to create your design story. We assist with sourcing table top rentals, stationery, and any other design vendors. On the day of, we will arrive to work with your creative vendors and set up any decor items. After your wedding look is complete, we will head out before the ceremony begins and let your coordinator take over.

There are so many different styles we love working with, but we love designs that are upscale, quiet luxury, understated, refined, and minimalist. We tend to design with earthy and softer tones, but love a creative and funky wedding too. Our favorite locations are outdoors, industrial, Glamping resorts, luxury lodges, and private estates or chateau style.

The short answer is yes, but please know budgets aren’t a one number fits all. There are so many aspects that go into your budget such as location, guest count, the level of design, venue cost, the level of vendors you want to book, the food you select, if you require transportation, what rentals are required and how many days you are planning an event for.
Typically our partial wedding planning minimum is $70,000 pending on your guest count, with most clients spending a minimum of $600 per person based on 100-150 guests. If you plan to have a smaller celebration we are happy to discuss what your budget looks like.
Typically, our full service clients spend anywhere from $1,000-$1,500+ per guest depending on the perimeters listed above.
We are happy to walk you through your budget, what’s realistic, and the current vendor investment ranges we are seeing.

We typically open our books 18 months prior to your wedding date, but will consider taking large production weddings earlier.

We primarily work in New England and New York, but we will travel wherever your love brings us. I travel a lot in my personal life and am always happy to incorporate what I love into my work.
