Does your dream weekend involve waking up in nature, having good conversations around a fire, making smores, playing games, and dancing under the stars with your favorite people? Do you love camping, but enjoy elegance and comfort? If yes to all the above, maybe a glamping wedding might be the perfect fit for you!

Giving your guests the ultimate New England wedding experience starts with showing them how fun and comfortable a weekend in nature can be. Your guests will love the flexibility of returning to their tent or cabin whenever needed and not having to worry about driving. Once you and your guests arrive on Friday you will have no worries.

Glamping weddings can take place at a venue, summer camp, or be built in your backyard. Each location will present its own unique logistics and require detailed planning and organization. We recommend hiring a planner to help with rentals, accommodation assignments, showers, bathrooms, inclement weather plans, idea development, design, and day of management. Having a professional wedding planning sidekick will ensure you get the laid back experience you are looking for and give you time to fully embrace your weekend with your guests.

Picture this….

Friday: Guests arrive in the early afternoon to welcome bags and are directed to their camping assignment. Everyone settles in and explores before your al fresco dinner begins. Dinner is followed by a welcome party with lawn games and drinks and ends with everyone gathering around the fire before retreating back to their tents or cabins.

Saturday: Everyone wakes up after a comfortable nights sleep to the sounds of nature and gather together for breakfast. Guests can adventure out on a walk, hike, go swimming, or participate in any other activity that relaxes them before ceremony time. The wedding begins and it’s laid back fun from there with lots of food, drinks, and dancing. After the last song is played, guests can choose to walk back to their accommodation and call it or night or change into your campfire comfies and keep the celebration going by a fire with smores and good conversation.

Sunday: Everyone gathers for breakfast and coffee one last time before departing home and reflects on how intimate and fun their weekend was.
